Story: Now that Howard has the booze situation sorted and the Spruce Goose is back in the hangar it is time to send out invitations. For reasons beyond my knowledge Howard has decided to use steganography and a cipher to encrypt the dress code for the party. Being a clever fellow he has hidden the two methods used to encrypt the message in plain sight. Facts: The invitation Howard has sent to his friends reads thusly: I extend this invitation to you, dear friend, to join me in the celebration of my birthday. Come on the 24th December 8pm to my estate and please bring a guest. The only condition I ask of you is that you conform to the dress code hidden within this invitation. In the spirit of Sir Francis Bacon and Julius Caesar before him I ask you to solve this riddle. My most sincere thanks, Howard Robard Hughes. Spaces and punctuation should not be included in any decoding of the invitation. The steganographic portion of the cipher uses a FULL alphabet, not the original method. Question: What is the dress code for the party? Answer format: The answer is plain text, so if you decipher "The dress code is zoot suits and tribal facepaint" then you should enter exactly that. Note: I apologise to anyone who cannot distinguish blue from yellow. Please email me or visit the forums for a more suitable format of the invitation. This puzzle is quite difficult.
